Crew Angel ("the service"), operated by Everyday Ultra, helps ultramarathon runners and their crews plan and coordinate race day: pacing plans, aid-station logistics, course data, and live crew coordination. By using the service you agree to these terms.
You sign in with an email magic link — there are no passwords. You're responsible for the security of your email account and for anything done through your share links. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.
Your race plans are private to you and to whoever holds a plan's share link. You keep ownership of everything you enter or upload; you grant us the license needed to store it, process it (for example, computing your pacing model), and display it to you and your crew.
Publishing a course is different: if you publish a course to the shared library, you make that course copy (stations, coordinates, cutoffs, elevation, GPX track) available for any runner to find and clone, and you represent that you have the right to share it. Your playbook, crew, and supplies are never included in a published course.
Anyone with a plan's share link can view that plan and log race-day activity (check-ins, task completion, notes) without an account. Share links are credentials — you are responsible for who you give them to.
Planning is free. Certain features — sharing a live crew link and downloading the race-day PDF — require a one-time unlock per race. Pricing and payment terms will be stated at the point of purchase; athletes coached by Everyday Ultra may receive these features free with an access code.
Course data is community-maintained and pacing outputs are estimates for planning purposes only. Courses change, GPS data is imperfect, and race day never goes exactly to plan. Always confirm stations, mileages, crew access, cutoffs, and course status against official race materials. Ultramarathons are inherently risky; you and your crew participate at your own risk, and the service is not a safety, navigation, or emergency-communication device.
Don't misuse the service: no unauthorized access, scraping, interfering with other users' plans, publishing course data you have no right to share, or using the service to harass anyone.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everyday Ultra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including missed crew stops, missed cutoffs, or race outcomes — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the race plan at issue.
You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We'll give reasonable notice before discontinuing the service.
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date above and note the change in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
